Our Customer Service operates globally and consists of operators, supervisors, engineers, who have great experience in the installation and on-site auditing. They follow the customer step by step until the plant is running smoothly and the customer is familiar with it. Moreover, we always offer remote assistance.

We design our products as much as possible with durability and modularity criteria, so as to minimize maintenance and promote its speed and ease. We offer preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of your purchased product and extend its life cycle. In case of failure, we provide rapid assistance through remote diagnostics with indications on the necessary corrective maintenance and support in the correct supply of spare parts. Relying on our Customer Service, you will always be sure that the spare part is 100% compatible with the requirements of your purchased product.

We also offer training sessions for the customer’s staff and qualification for distributor partners. These sessions take place at one of our centres located worldwide or directly at the customer site.
